Not quite an in and out oil change Got there and they told me that I had to leave it for about 5 hours. I feel that's ridiculous for a simple oil change. I had a 10:30 appointment and when I was able to find a ride back at 4:30, someone had mis-marked the tag on my keys, so I had to wait around for at least 15 minutes, and I kept going back in and was told twice that someone was bringing it around. I'll never use them again. More

Review of Folsom Lake Hyundai The Salesman and the Finance manager promised me the dealership would pay off our leased 2014 Sonata and said we would no longer be responsible for an The Salesman and the Finance manager promised me the dealership would pay off our leased 2014 Sonata and said we would no longer be responsible for any additional financial obligation, HOWEVER, today we received a notice from Hyundai saying the Sonata was going to be auctioned and we would be responsible for the difference between the early termination value including a $400 early termination fee, and the price they receive for the vehicle at auction. I contacted Hyundai Finance this morning and they said I would not be responsible for any future charges since I leased a new vehicle so if that happens I will continue to reccomend this dealership. More
