When I got to the dealership, Paul helped me with purchasing the vehicle. He, like Sam, was upfront, honest, professional, and possesses the quality of integrity. He didn't change the initial asking price of the vehicle, no hidden fees were disclosed at the time of purchase, and i even received a free two year warranty on the vehicle for free. I was very impressed with the service i received from both of these associates and they are definitely assets to the company and should be compensated accordingly. I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Not trustworthy! I was asked to provide military records in order to get a $500 military discount, but I never got my discount. Sales manager Steve told me he was havi I was asked to provide military records in order to get a $500 military discount, but I never got my discount. Sales manager Steve told me he was having computer issues and would call me back, but I never heard from him again. Damien was nice, but other than selling some add ons, didn't even explain if we would receive a monthly bill, have auto pay, or receive a booklet for payments. He insisted on a clearer copy of my military form (DD214) but when I asked him about the discount he said he didn't know. I don't know sales manager Steve's last name, but he has gone into hiding. I don't feel entitled to a military discount just because I was in the military, but if Hyundai is going to advertise military discounts, to make themselves look good, they should actually honor them! More
