I prefer day time delivery so that I can look at the car in the day light. For some reason they gained my trust and I did not go through the full routine to check the car prior to deliver. She took the time to show me the Kona’s with the features I was looking for. There was no pressure and she listened to my needs. I found the car I was looking for. Folsom Lake has the best inventory around to choose from. Andrew Wylie worked out a tremendous deal that I could not refuse. I was not planning on buying that day but he worked his magic. Also, a gentlemen by the name of Mike Nelson was also easy going and helpful in the process. We have had good follow up and follow thru with the dealership especially from our salesman James Trenner. The selection of cars and the overall aesthetics of the dealership made this an overall pleasant experience. Only one star as you can't have none.... I've been to all three Hyundai dealerships in Sacramento Area (Sacramento, Roseville and Folsom). All three experiences have been bad.... come to fi I've been to all three Hyundai dealerships in Sacramento Area (Sacramento, Roseville and Folsom). All three experiences have been bad.... come to find out it looks like the same person is president at all three. Guess it should come as no surprise. Had my 2009 Santa Fe in their shops like 6 times in the past year just trying to get it to pass smog. They can't get the car to pass, this time it's currently at 30 days and counting in the shop with no progress. Worst part is I have to call and ask for updates. The whole process and each visit has been just a bad experience, all three dealerships seem to be clueless when it comes to customer service. Dealing with these folks has certainly left me with a bad taste in regards to Hyundai. More
