I was interested in the Hyundai product and the warranty. When I cam by I was greeted by a young friendly salesperson that was really willing to help and go the extra mile for me. Though I was very disappointed after waiting so long for a detail, which I was really looking forward to getting since this was a used (Rental car). I was quite disappointed in the quality and level of detail that was not taken after waiting. The car didn't even have car mats, which I purchased myself, but luckily I at least got the sales discount. I very much love my car and am very happy with the car and the sales person. More

That changed when Jim (James Trenner), even though he wasn't the sales person we were working with at the time, introduced himself and was friendly and knowledgeable - he helped show us some of the features of the cars the other rep hadn't showed us. We chose to work with Jim, Andy and the team at Folsom after a negative experience at Roseville Hyundai. Our second visit was great, Jim, Andy and Ed were all personable, professional and easy to work with. They were easy to talk with and negotiations and the purchase of my new 2019 Tuscon went smoothly. I'd very much recommend purchasing a car from them! We're very happy with the car and the team. We weren't even sure we were going to buy anything today and had just left another dealer ship where the salesman constantly followed us trying to dir We weren't even sure we were going to buy anything today and had just left another dealer ship where the salesman constantly followed us trying to direct us to a specific vehicle. Ones that didn't even meet the criteria we asked for. Jim greeted us and was very friendly right off the bat. And it was apparent that his goal was to make sure we were happy with our experience, and hey if we bought a car, that would be a bonus. Jim was very easy to talk to and we could joke with him, Andy and Mike as if we had all been friends for years. When we weren't able to get the "first choice" we discussed another vehicle that still met my criteria but was more affordable for us. And this vehicle was at their Roseville location, which Jim went and picked up while we worked out the financing. We essentially purchased this vehicle off pictures I had seen and off the trust we built with Jim, even though we had just met him and the rest of the team. That wasn't "enough" though so to make sure I was happy with it, Jim and I went for a test drive and not only was I happy with this choice, I actually like it BETTER than the "first choice" vehicle. We hope that this car will be the one my daughter learns to drive in when she is old enough, and will definitely recommend Huyndai and the team at Folsom Lake Hyundai to our family and friends.
