Great Salesmen and Sales Managers I have been shopping for cars for over a month now and finally found one that I love. It’s very frustrating going to a dealership knowing what your lo I have been shopping for cars for over a month now and finally found one that I love. It’s very frustrating going to a dealership knowing what your looking for then having the sale guys try to push other more expensive cars not in your range. That was NOT my experience at this dealership. I met with Nic first and found exactly the car I wanted but had to sleep on it to see if financially it would work for me . Nic was very nice and a great guy. Then a couple days later I went back and had Jim approach me I asked for Nic but he was off that day. So I went with Jim, I told him everything I wanted and how much I had to spend. He showed me 3 cars and found the one I wanted within 30 min. He explained how everything worked in the car and was very personable and not pushy. He is a guy that every dealership should have working for them. The sales management team were great and Finance was easy and fast. Overall this Folsom Hyundai Dealership was the BEST. Thank you Kim Urquidez More

Great people We drove into the back side of the dealership, oops, and were given a friendly greeting by Jim who brought us to our salesman Andrew. Andrew is a friendly, low key, no pressure guy, that's good. He took the time to go over many of the electronic features of the car with my wife. Ed was a great guy to deal with, very helpful. My concerns are with the inspection of the used car we bought. On the test drive it was shaking between 60 -70 mph, usually a tire balance problem. They checked it out and on the trip home when I hit the freeway at Auburn it was fine. The wiper blades are shot. There's no blade, just a remaining block of rubber! New ones are being sent. The spare tire had less than 20psi in it. Engine oil was over full. little things but important. We like the car so far but info I discovered today has me very concerned about the longevity of the 2.4 GDI engine. Here's to hoping! Music in the showroom should be low key. More
