When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Jim. He was able to pick up where Oz left off and get us into the exact vehicle we wanted. He showed us features in the vehicle that we didn't know we wanted, but absolutely love. Finally, Ed in finance took over and was able to explain everything in a quick and concise manner, which was awesome as it was my daughter's first time purchasing a car. We received all around good customer service; everyone was attentive and answered every question we had. Further, we heard from everyone who assisted us with our purchase, in the few days after we completed the transaction. Shon made the test drive portion very enjoyable able to drive on both city and freeway. After deciding which car to go with the purchase process wasn’t too long, and overall very smooth.
