Shon made the test drive portion very enjoyable able to drive on both city and freeway. After deciding which car to go with the purchase process wasn’t too long, and overall very smooth. We were very happy with the offer we received without that hassle haggling wheeling and dealing. What an enjoyable car buying experience with Shon and the manager James. Since our car was very hard to find Jim built a team of Hyundai team members to tirelessly find our car with weeks of keeping me updated knowing he and his team was going to find it for us and he did, literally as it got off the truck they snagged it for us. They didn’t price haggle us, it was very straight forward and a pleasant experience.
