Jeff Oswald is the worst. He is a racist and was allowed to continue to work at Folsom Lake Hyundai even after I reported his racist voicemail he left me on my cell phone. I would give him a zero star for his behavior and the company a zero for their lack of attention when the incident happened. They seemed unconcerned and never even asked to hear the voicemail. As a former HR Director, he would have been fired immediately after hearing the voice dial. The HR person, Michelle Lopez and president of the company, Chris Shaffer, are completely incompetent. More
