Still encountering problems with the tires installed prior to the vehicles delivery which is effecting front end allignment. Now Schefuled Maintinence light is on prematurely at 144k. I would just like to have it looked at and get a few questions answered. I understand that a significant number of employees in both service and sales departments have left this dealership, including Mr.Zimmerman. I will attempt to email his replacement Drew Taylor and hope to preserve the value of my purchase with his cooperation. Will update

Service Manager did call me back and would not schedule a time with me to look at my vehicle or addresd the issues with the tires/front end allignment or the mis wiring of after market KC lights which never functioned properly. Refered me to speek with General Manager. Left several messages. No call back. The mis wiring of has subsecuently shorted out several electrical functions of the vehicle and was wired in an 'unsafe manner' causing several relays to arch. The lights never worked after they rewired them and now I have had to have them disconnected to prevent catching fire. Seems like I will need to make a trip down to this dealership and demand to have the tire and electrical problems resolved. I better pack a lunch cause Im not going anywhere til they are. I have been given the run around for months now.

I have tried to call and speak to Mr. Zimmerman with no return call. Just got a call to renew my rental since my car is not done, no status on my part at all when I got the message. Nothing was resolved from last time. Normally when a rental is given you put one deposit down and keep the car until the work is done. In this case, every single month now I am having to renew and take the chance of your system holding funds again more than it should. Service tells me it's "normal" protocol to give a rental company a deposit. Yes it is normal, when it is not warranty. Yes it is normal, to hold funds for a deposit...but every single month when it is not even my fault the part is not here? I know it's not your fault either but really?? In this case you need to make an exception for the customer...this is ridiculous to not get a call back like you don't matter. WOW UPDATE: One day later 11/30/22...Cash is trying to resolve this fairly, final update to follow

12/1/22 Back to square one trying to explain everything to everyone AGAIN because no one is communicating with each other properly. I do not think anyone really wants to listen because they have sooooo many complaints they think I am just making noise. I really am not - I believe in fairness. I am not being treated fairly at all. Automotive places gets too many complaints so they get away with a lot as it gets inundated. I am looking into legal matters now, my only choice after a couple months of headache...a person can take but so much.
