Bought a car, everyone was great. 2 hours later I notice a crack in the windshield. Well, I knew better. I thought they were different- boy was I wrong. Not only had the experience of having ONE BAD SEED,BUT I GOT TWO. IVAN AND PHILIP(managers) I went I thought they were different- boy was I wrong. Not only had the experience of having ONE BAD SEED,BUT I GOT TWO. IVAN AND PHILIP(managers) I went in test drive a 2016 used car. ......sharing I had limited time,because I work nights and also had a meeting scheduled. I allowed IVAN to convince me he would start the process with his promises of keeping monthly payment under $300,and 55 days until first payment due,as well as finding a good rate,adding 3 year warranty in price and low Jack was free. ....he advised it normally is a 6 hour process to buy a car,but if I filled out credit app,he could work on it and I would be able to go to leasing office and sign papers....and he even offered to deliver car to me at work!! I filled out credit app,excited and nervous but grateful id be done with rentals. I I received text and voicemail from IVAN telling me he locked in and got approval for an even lower rate. Voicemail asking if i wanted him to deliver the car to me or pick it up. I was working and texted back, I'll come tomorrow. I do go back, being told IVAN is off for 4 days and the car was sold!!!!! This man ran my credit,and basically acted like it was mine!! Never once did he suggest or SHARE things had somehow changed!! He did me dirty..!!! Then they try to up sell a car way over my budget to me. THEN PHIL TAKES OVER,SAYS WHAT DID I EXPECT,WHY WAS I SO MAD????? PHIL, I AM MAD BECAUSE MY CREDIT WAS CHECKED AND BANKS CONTACTED, I AM MAD BECAUSE I GOT A CALL FROM IVAN ASKING HOW I WANTED THE TO GET THE CAR DELIVERED OR PICK UP,, I AM MAD BECAUSE I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM IVAN CONFIRMING A LOW INTEREST RATE- I AM MAD BECAUSE HE NEVER INFORMED ME THE CAR WAS SOLD RIGHT FROM UNDERNEATH ME!! PHIL HAD THE NERVE TO DEFEND THIS SHADY INTERACTION I HAD, TELING ME NOT SHADY AT ALL!!! MY ADVICE, LISTEN TO YOUR GUT, AND YES, THIS PROVES CAR SALESMAN HAVE EARNED THE BAD REPUTATION FROM ONES LIKE THESE 2!!! More
