No hassle, efficient, and friendly service. I began my search for a Honda at the Roseville Auto Mall since I live/work in Roseville. After the salesman sat us at a table, no one approached us again. After asking to see what the breakdown of costs would be, I was told they were backlogged and would email them to me. They never did. I called Folsom Lake Honda and talked to Zack Brown. He was professional and answered my questions and made an appointment with me for the next morning. He was prompt and met us in the parking lot. He explained the different features of the cars I was comparing. Once inside, he sat with us throughout the transaction, which lasted a total of 1 1/2 hours from walking onto the parking lot, to driving off in my new Honda. The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful. What a difference from Roseville Honda. Totally worth the drive for us from Roseville. More
In and out quickly I went in on a Sat without an appt. I was told it would take 3 hours and I was prepared to wait....even with a child. Always love your staff especially John Villegas! 5 Star! Last November we bought a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac from your used car lot. We did buy a warranty and despite the engine blowing a rod less than 6 Last November we bought a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac from your used car lot. We did buy a warranty and despite the engine blowing a rod less than 6 months after purchase, your Service Dept especially John Villegas have been nothing less than STELLAR as numerous things have gone wrong with this truck! We have literally had every part under the hood replaced including a new engine and most recently a new radiator. Some were under the warranty and some not. In all our visits to the Service Dept we have had very courteous and customer friendly service. John goes out of his way to make sure we are apprised of the work completion times and always returns phone calls promptly. Even though this truck needs constant repair and I put many $$$ in as this is the vehicle I was looking for, John has been so wonderful in working with the warranty company on all repair work. John is so great to work with and we appreciate his genuine concern when we bring in the truck for yet another maintenance/repair issue. Thank you John!! More

Pricing on he diagnosis was comparable to an independent shop $149. They called and advised me within 2 hours on repairs that needed to be done. A/C blower motor power supply and advised on an oil pan bolt that was leaking. They were able to get the repairs done the same day and I feel better knowing they fixed the problem correctly. More

My service advisor Mandy met me at the car and quickly and efficiently processed my service request. She took the time to explain everything quickly and very professionally making sure I understood everything before I left her station. My vehicle service needs were completed in approximately 1/2 the time that was estimated. The only thing was there was a very strong gasoline smell when I went to pick up my car but the smell soon went away. I don't know if the tech who brought my vehicle around had spilled something on himself and the smell just lingered or what, but there was no sign of anything in the car. Overall I am always pleased with the service I get here. More
Starter problem I brought my 2015 Honda Accord to Folsom Lake Honda Service yesterday early afternoon. When I turned on my vehicle, it would screech, all lights on da I brought my 2015 Honda Accord to Folsom Lake Honda Service yesterday early afternoon. When I turned on my vehicle, it would screech, all lights on dash lit up and engine would not start. Car would turn on at 2nd or 3rd attempt. Service Rep Fame explained car will be in shop all afternoon, so he arranged for shuttle to & from my home. Service diagnosed problem with starter which was replaced with new starter at $427.84 & $223.50 labor. My 3-year warranty expired, so had to pay full cost. I was very upset that starter would malfunction on fairly new vehicle with only 17K miles. Asked Service Rep if this was common occurrence with 2015 Accords and he said he has seen a few of these issues, but no recall. I called Honda Corp. to report complaint of malfunction/defect of fairly new 3-year old starter and Customer Service opened case # and will look into matter. Honda Corp. may reimburse me for this very expensive replacement/service which cost me $684.50! I await their response tomorrow. I was satisfied Folsom Lake Honda Service was able to repair my vehicle that afternoon and provide me shuttle service to/from home same day. I'm just disgruntled about the expensive replacement/labor cost and that the starter went out after only 3 years. More

The waiting area is clean, with different seating areas so you can use your laptop or other device, read or watch TV. They also have refreshments and snacks as well. I highly recommend Folsom Lake Honda to anyone who needs there car serviced ! More
