My wife and I visited six dealerships Last Thursday and Friday and Zach Brown was by far the best, by that I mean knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. He came in early and had the CRV that we would eventually purchase out in front so I could bring my 95 year old mother by to see if it worked well for her regarding getting in and out of the front passenger seat. He was polite, knowledgeable, and was my champion when there was a dispute with another dealership. If you have an option, try to be helped by John as he will make your experience as easy as it can be. The team behind him did an excellent job and my car is working extremely well. More

Excellent experience I've taken my honda vehicles to this dealer for service for the past couple of years. They always did a good job at a fair price. So, I decided to p I've taken my honda vehicles to this dealer for service for the past couple of years. They always did a good job at a fair price. So, I decided to purchase a new honda from them and I was very pleased with how I was treated and the price they gave me. The negotiations were straight forward and they were upfront with me about pricing, options and value of my older vehicle. They gave me a very good deal on my car and they kept their word about installing some options on it after purchase. I've been to lots of dealers, I like this one the best. More

Horrible Staff, Awful Experience. Most incompetent sales staff I've ever seen. I had been communicating with my primary contacts, Tara and Jocelyn, for over a week before coming in. It Most incompetent sales staff I've ever seen. I had been communicating with my primary contacts, Tara and Jocelyn, for over a week before coming in. It was a 2.5 hour drive, so I scheduled an appointment yesterday for this morning. I contacted Tara within minutes of the dealership opening to let her know that I would arrive in less than an hour. When I arrived, I was introduced to Grant, who would be my salesperson and everything immediately went downhill. They sent the vehicle home with the client for an undetermined amount of time less than 5 minutes before I arrived. They then attempted to correct themselves by lying to me about where it was. The desk manager also lied to me by saying that California state law prevents holding a vehicle for a customer or accepting a deposit. They had me seeing red at this point, but the car was worth waiting for a bit to see if they would attempt to get it back for me. In the meantime, I say down with Grant to get an appraisal for my trade. I had sent an email to Tara the day before, which outlined the conditions needed to be able to get the loan approved. I also provided that information to Grant. Him and his desk manager returned about a half hour later with a proposal, low-balling my trade by $2,000 and refusing to come off of their sale price. "We're a one price dealer" became Grant's favorite thing to say. I get a no-haggle policy, but you don't get to waste your customer's time and frustration, sabotage their appointment, and still stand your ground. After the sales manager told me to take it or leave it and walked away, Grant became the biggest, most arrogant pick I've ever had to deal with in any form of customer relations. After wasting 2 hours of my time and making me so angry that I was shaking the entire time, I had finally had enough. I left their lot, drove into San Francisco and bought the same car, only 2 years newer and with 30k less miles, for $2,000 dollars less. This dealership will do nothing for you but try to waste as much of your time and steal as much of your money as they can. The only person that I had spoken with today that was even remotely pleasant to deal with was Tara, and she ultimately proved to be utterly useless. More
