I bought a used 2017 Corolla from them in December of 2019. They treated me great, and went out of their way to accommodate me. My experience with Folsom Lake Dodge has all been service. I have been to the dealership about 4 times over pass 4 years. I know some people are writing bad reviews. And with that being said, "My dad told me along time ago, You can't please everyone all the time" I have had great service from them. I dealt with Falvin a service writer for my last two visits. He was Great !!! They talk with you, explain everything and if you have a question that they don't have a answer for, them go get the answer for you. They keep you informed how your service work on your vehicle is progressing & keep you up to date on times that your vehicle will be completed. More

The latter seems to be the collective attitude at Folsom Lake Jeep. There is a bit of trust when you purchase from a company. I have purchased three Jeep vehicles in the last 12 years from this dealership, but number 4 will be my last. My recent purchase started that way, with trust. I trusted them to tell me what national price drop, dealer discount and corporate rebates were available and under that scenario, negotiated a price. After all the signatures were dry, I drove my new Jeep home. A few hours later, three to be exact, I received an email "From Your Dealer" that states in big bold letters: "THIS 2021 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE IS NOW $xxxx BELOW MSRP". Now it did not have 4 x's, but a number that was $1500 lower than the any price drop, discount, or rebate offered to me. Same day, four o'clock in the afternoon... 3 hours after leaving the lot. I forwarded the email to my salesperson... no reply. For the past couple days the reply's had come with a minute or two. After resending through a text message to salesperson, I received a text around noon the next day. "Thank you for bringing that to my attention...I will bring this to my GM so it can be corrected." In my trust, I foolishly thought that I would soon receive a call from the General Manager in apology and offer to make it fair and just. It never came. Hours later, after another text from me clearly explaining the price difference offer and the time frame, the defensive excuses started to arrive stating the offer was this and it was that and it that it was available and offered in one of my options. However, it was NOT. I reviewed each and every offer sent to me and never was this part of any offer. Finally, there was an admission that there was a difference, but one of only $1000 and stated that it was available if I was to come back and finance through Chrysler at a higher rate. Again, untrue. The offer sent to me did NOT say rebate nor did it require a loan through Chrysler. It states "The 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee you recently viewed has new public cash available." After several hours and multiple correspondences with excuse after excuse, I was exhausted. I stated once again, "your general manager has an opportunity to make this right." Nothing came. It has been 2 weeks. The take away is simple. Spending $200,000 with this company does not buy any appreciation. Even when they admit error - no amends, no attempt at making it right, nothing fair or just... the company does not care. More

Horrible dealership. Liers and scamers. Belive me yesterday we had bad awful expirience in our life and learn lesson. Dealerships did us spot delivery and gaming with us.
