Disrespectful and Confrontational Worst car buying experience I've ever experienced, and I never made it to the dealership. "How to ruin a sale by phone" seemed to be the title of this Worst car buying experience I've ever experienced, and I never made it to the dealership. "How to ruin a sale by phone" seemed to be the title of this interesting experience. Received a call from Justin, Salesman as he identified, after I sent in an inquiry on trade-in value and availability of a vehicle I saw in their recent ad. Ten seconds into the call, as I'm headed to the dealership mind you, Justin becomes disrespectful after I declined their very very low offer for trade-in on my vehicle. I remained polite, as I'd wanted to return to the same dealership at which I purchased my last two vehicles. Raising your voice with a customer and insulting them sure is an interesting sales tactic. I wish the owner/s the best of luck in resolving the apparent issues in their business, but I purchased elsewhere. Note: their service center was excellent for repairs in the past, but I fear this may be a widespread issue? More

I was wanting a new 2019 dodge charge GT and was using my 2004 gmc 2500hd crew cab pickup as a down payment. (I asked four times what they were giving me for my trade in with no answers from salesmen) i had told them what my 1st preference was and he comes back with an approval for a challenger (which isaid i would be interested in as well) but tje bank wants $900 down on top of my trade in value or $1200 down for the charger ( mind you the charger is $450 more then the challenger thats it ) so i told him i dont want to pay that much out of pocket. Then he comes back with $450 down on the challenger and says they can hold a check for 2 weeks to help me out. I ask if he can hold the check for 3 weeks and he says no its corporate policy for 2 week hold. I thought about it and told him i dont want to settle just to have a new car if its not what i want and im not desperate. Then his attitude changes saying...settle? You said you would take any of the two and goes on saying if i would have known that i wouldnt have spent hours and even days getting you apporoved and wasting my time (um isnt that your job to do that?) So i say i only want the charger so if you can get the down to $750 i will buy it tonight. The next day he texts me saying you cant get the charger at all now because my credit wont allow it and i should just get the challenger to help my credit to get the charger one day. So i asked what changed from the day before when the charger was on the table for $1200 down? No answer...so i email the internet manger and tell her my issues and she emails me back saying the down on the charger is $3500 but she can hold a check for 3 weeks (what happened to corporate policy of 2 week hold?) And why did the down go up to $3500? No answer again ..the GM called me and he left a message woth no call back number to reach him at and it was as short and arrogant a message ive heard from a GM..he goes this is so and so calling you back um yeah talk to you later ..thats it no apologies or any mention of trying to reftify the situation..if you want the run around and contradicting information then this is the place for you..customer satisfaction is not in there vocabulary and it should be their number one priority. Unauthorized Credit Checks! I had a hard time giving this Dealership even one star. We initially thought that we would have a good experience here. Our first sales rep was work I had a hard time giving this Dealership even one star. We initially thought that we would have a good experience here. Our first sales rep was working very hard to get me a vehicle at a monthly payment I could afford and seemed to have it set. Well a week went by, and when we recontacted the Internet Sales Agent Moriah she was willing to help us. We told her no hard pulls on my husbands credit, only a soft pull to see if it would make any difference. But that the vehicle was for me, in my name, same credit. They agreed IN WRITING to only do a soft pull. Well her manager KEVIN decided to run my husbands credit 10x!!!! And when we confronted them, they tried blaming us because I said "we" in some of my messages. HELLO WE ARE MARRIED, IT IS A JOINT DECISION! Now my husband has 10 HARD CREDIT PULLS and it completely messed up any refinancing on our other vehicles and home!!! And they still try to blame us and wrote a BULL SH*T letter saying due to miscommunication they ran his credit. NO, THEY DID THEIR OWN THING, NOT FOLLOWING OUR AGREEMENT. DO NOT GO HERE!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS. They had the nerve to go off on us after all that. NO THANK YOU!! More
WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER! My transmission blew on July 24, I had my truck towed in on July 25! It has been nothing but a constant battle to get my warranty to cover this, a constant battle to get a phone call answered or returned! Today is now sept. 5th and was told to be at the dealership first thing in the morning they would have it done, well we get there at 8:30 and they hadn’t even started putting the new transmission in!!! My truck was absolutely trashed when I showed up, they have had it parked in a dirt parking lot for over a month!! When it was towed in I had the truck detailed the day before, they told me they would clean the truck inside and out now that it wasn’t going to be done till 2pm and I was told to be here by 8:30! I’m sure you could understand my frustration here! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT DEALERSHIP TO PURCHASE OR FOR ANY SERVICE MATTERS!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! More
