This was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't pounced on when I entered the lot, I never felt pressured, and they bent over backward to meet my needs. I wanted to purchase a new or demo automobile for my wife's birthday, but was dreading having to wade through the normal school of sharks waiting at the entrance of most dealerships. I used the internet contact at Folsom Chevlolet and received a very courteous film clip responce from Steve Rector who invited me to come in and check out the car I was most interested. I did stop in a couple days later and although Steve was not in the store, I was helped by a very friendly Sean Sullivan. Althrough I quickly determined that the car I had in mind for my wife would not be very practical as we often have need for 4 wheel drive to get around. Sean showed me more practable models that I was not even aware existed, but fit her needs. I brought the wife in the following day, and of course she she fell in love with the car. No, the best part is yet to come. The process of obtaining a fair trade in and bottom line figure took less than 30 minutes. There were no hassels, no going back and forth to managers, no high pressure sale pitches. It was an honest here's what we can do, does this meet your needs? Wow!!! Then came the paper work and financing. Becky handled this extreamly professionally explaining all our options. Best of all she even got us a lower interest rate than expected. What a trooper. The entire experience of purchasing our car at Folsom Chevrolet was fantastic. I would recommend this team store to anyone. More

Our salesman Matt Campos was very cool! Made an appointmentw/ him after calling dealership and inquiring about a specific vehicle. As soon as we pulled up he greeted us, had the Equinox ready to show and test drive. Knew what I wanted so in we go for the dreaded negotiating. However it wasn't that way at all! No hassle really! Made Matt aware of all my terms. Oscar came back and after a small snag in my credit report (which they let me straighten out) he made it happen. Now off to the finance guy, Roger, who worked like a busy little beaver to get me out of there quickly, while maintaining accuracy and thoroughly explaining everything. More

When i arrived, he met me as as I got out of the car and proceeded to show me the car I was interested in. We went for a test drive, returned and we started the process for me to purchase the car. A few hours later and I was driving away with the car that I wanted at a fair, negotiated price.
