The purchase of our new Cruze was very simple and the team at Folsom Chevrolet was a pleasure to work with. I originally found the car on-line and then contacted Sean Sullivan to work out a fair price. team at Folsom Chevrolet was a pleasure to work with. I arranged to drop by the dealer at 5:30pm to finalize the deal. Sean had the car waiting for me at the front door all cleaned up ready for inspection and a test drive. After the test drive, we finalized the deal we had worked out on-line. I then worked with Becky O'Leary (also very competent, efficient, and friendly) to make the purchase. Within an hour and a half after arriving at the dealer I was driving home in the new car. Again, the purchase was a very simple with no surprises. More

They came up to my wife and I and congratulated us on the purchase.The salesman (David) went out of his way to get us into the right vehicle and he had been in contact with me for over a year. The sales manager worked with us on comming up with a price I was willing to pay and was willing to be as flexable as he could. Roger in finance new we were on a time line and did all he could to expedite the necessary paperwork. The store is very clean and neat and I certainly did not feel any pressure to buy a vehicle at any time. To top all of this off, I was happy to find out that this store is independently owned and not managed buy a large corporation. The employees seem to enjoy working for the owners. More
I've been going to Folsom chevy since I was old enough to buy cars. If I didn't purchase a car from them you can bet my vehicles were going to get serviced there. My recent business with the dealership was to say the least better than my expectations. I went to look at a used 2011 Suburban. They were honest with me about the stance of the dealership in a potential trade, made concessions when and where possible and made the experience pleasant. I've bought cars in the past where I'd be at the place for 6+ hours haggling, this wasn't the case with Folsom Chevy. The sales Associate Sean Sullivan was professional and available to answer questions when asked. When pointed out there was a minor issue on the vehicle he and staff had it taken care of. Lastly, when i went back to make the purchase I immediately noticed something was changed on the vehicle (for the better). Once I got home I wanted to confirm something indeed cosmetic did change. I was able to confirm that the pictures posted (and my memory of my first test drive) vs what i purchased were indeed different, same vehicle though. The handles on all 4 doors and the grill were upgrade to chrome. Pretty nice upgrade for not even asking for it! Would recommend this for anyone interested in new or used.. The resale certified warranty makes it worth it in itself. More

He is the bomb-digitity. - My husband and I had been searching on and off for an economy car for communing for just about 9 months; one that would offer us mileage and a few bells. We visited several dealerships in and out of our area, but always left without a vehicle for one reason or another; availability of a model, price, or lack of trust from the sales team in one way or another. Our purchase of a Chevy Cruse this last weekend was a huge leap of faith. Sean actually provided me with more than a great car and buying experience, but managed to restore some of my faith in people. You see we bought our car via a few phone calls and online photos. I did an internet search and when Folsom Chevrolet popped, I called and met Sean; what followed was truly amazing. He worked numbers and he kept in contact, I filled out an online application and other than a question or two from the finance manager I never spoke with anyone else. I think some of you will agree that anytime additional salesmen or managers get involved – I can’t help but feel that the dealership does not trust their own employees. We wrapped the deal in about two hours; only to realize that 400 mile separated us. Sight unseen with no exchange of money Sean drove 4 hours and 45 minutes (one way) and we drove 2 hour and 30 minutes (one way). We met In a Denny’s on a Sunday at 9:30 pm and signed the paperwork. On the drive over I worried we were trusting someone we never met to buy a car we never tested to drive on a Sunday night to meet in a location that neither of us had ever been to buy a car.. I poned his trust in us...as he was driving such a great distance…. Either one of us could have caved at anytime. The car was great… we were pleasantly surprised; Sean was very straight forward and knowledge…the dealership had invested many upgrades in the car and we benefited. I cannot say thank you enough to Sean and Becky for a great buying experience and the good feeling that came from the whole experience. We tried to do business at home but not very helpful sales people here. When I phoned Folsom the minute I started talking to sean I knew we could make a deal. Everyone was very helpful.
