I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the Folsom Chevrolet staff. My dealer, Christina Lund, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and honest. She didn't give me the salesman runarou of the Folsom Chevrolet staff. My dealer, Christina Lund, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and honest. She didn't give me the salesman runaround that most car sales people do. She answered my questions directly and didn't try to give me evasive answers in order to further her sales pitch. Her boss, I don't remember his name, was also friendly and had a great sense of humor. I didn't even try to negotiate on price because I'm told that the profit from Chevy Volts is very low for the dealers but I would have liked to at least get a couple of parts thrown in for free. I did after all just drop 45K on this purchase. He wasn't willing to give me even one item. Not even a $60 cargo net. He did, however give me $40 off any future purchases from the parts department. This did not, however, come off of the items that I bought immediately. Perhaps their profit margin is just that tight. I only know that a $60 cargo net could have gone a long way towards making me feel a little more valued. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would still recommend this dealer to others.
