My name is Brian and I live in Elk Grove. I found the truck I wanted on the internet at Folsom Chevrolet. I talked to Salesman, Russ Brainard, on the phone. When I arrived, the truck was ready for a test drive. Russ made me feel right at ease. After the test drive, we met with Mr. Retter, the assistant manager, to worked the numbers with me and my family. He got me the car I wanted with a low interest rate and monthly payment I could afford. Finally, we closed the deal with the finance manager. I was very impressed with the process from beginning to end. I wish everyone's car buying experience could be as friendly and smooth as my experience.
