My overall experience was good with all the credit towards John in financing. He was.a.pleasure to work with. The down fall was JD in sales never even put any effort into selling the vehicle, or showi towards John in financing. He was.a.pleasure to work with. JD just sat there and said your not going to get that. Then when the deal was done he made calls to customers while I sat there. Then when they were delivering the vehicle to me John in fiance was off that day and we had got all the fiancing part done so JD pretty much had to just print out papers. But instead he called me a handfull of times that morning asking questions when we already had it done. He had no idea what was right.. I would go back and deal with John any day but wouldn't recommend JD in sales. He puts no effort into customer service. More

Zee, the sales consultant, is very knowledable and professional. He has an easy going tone and it's clear he wants to be helpful. I have bad credit and John worked very hard to get a loan approved for me. He finally got an approval and I got the vehicle that I wanted. Greg was also very patient with me as I fought with myself as to what I wanted to put as a down payment I called him and texted him several times and he was always very helpful and understanding. He even gave me a whole bag of cough drops that he didn't need because I was having a coughing spell and had none left in my purse. (That is what I call customer service.) More
