Bought a mini cooper from Zee Avakian at Foley Motorsports in Shrewsbury. I was looking for a specific model car with certain features and ended up buying one from Zee. I had some initial correspondence with him, but thought what they had in stock didn't meet my needs. A few weeks after telling him I wasn't interested, Zee wrote back asking if I had found a car yet. He opened up the conversation again and offered to add one thing in particular to the car that I had looked at that was what I had originally wanted. That sealed the deal. My dealings with him and the rest of the organization were fast and efficient, and I had the car I had always wanted, within a few days. I highly recommend Zee! However once the car was shipped down from Massachusetts to Maryland, it arrived critically low on oil and I had to fill it up with a full quart. This is completely unacceptable and I can't believe this happened after I spent $40,000 as an out of state Customer. But again the purchase and sale process with Zee was a breeze and a pleasure. If only that level of service extended to their service department. More
