We had researched the Q5 price and our car's tradein value online so we knew the prices were fair. Post sale we realized that there was a scratch on the windshield which we had first thought was simply new windshield wiper material. Also, there was no cargo cover with the car and the passenger side outside door latch was scratched. Haig got all of these taken care of quickly to our satisfaction. The windshield was replaced and the door latch repaired the same day I picked up the registration papers. And Haig found a cargo cover for us within 24 hours of getting the registration. We like the Q5 a lot. This was by far the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we've ever had. Haig was great; no high pressure; very accommodating; very nice overall. We would have no problem coming to Foley's again and would request Haig be our salesperson. More
