Service Dept broke my door sash. Then told me I have to pay to have it fixed ($521). They told me both driver & passenger side needed to be replaced. But when I went & looked they had broke the driver side door sash. The passenger side was not broke. The manager couldn’t tell me why they said I needed to replace the passenger side. They also didn’t reset my oil percentage. Plus they said they checked my tires pressure and reported they were all good. But the driver’s side rear tire was low(30%). More
