I have had issues with this vehicle since before I purchased it and they said they would fix ir and haven't. It still makes noise and I'm don't want to take on the road because the last time I did it purchased it and they said they would fix ir and haven't. It still makes noise and I'm don't want to take on the road because the last time I did it broke down and they had the vehicle for 2 months. I just purchased in November and I'm currently still waiting for someone to reach out to get the problem fixed. The General manager told me he wasn't doing anything about and told me to leave and I could leave the vehicle and I still will pay for it. I have reached out to the owner and have yet to get a response. More

Three Thomasville , GA, amazing experience . Our sale person was wonderful. He explained everything throughly and answered our questions patiently. Three days later he called us to make sure everything was ok. His name is Ernie Wyrick. We really appreciate it. I should also mention the sale consulates who did the paper work . Her was nice and did his work professionally and with extreme accuracy. We enjoyed our experience. More
Got a car from here last Wednesday 6/15/2022 the experience started off very pleasant, but ended up a massive headache and left a bigger whole in my wallet than anticipated. I looked passed the fact experience started off very pleasant, but ended up a massive headache and left a bigger whole in my wallet than anticipated. I looked passed the fact that they lied about the trim level to upsell the value and their website claims 2 keys for every car, yet I only received one. My main issue is I was promised by Carrie the Internet Sales person in writing that the car was in excellent shape and she’d NEVER sell a call that wasn’t…the very next morning after my purchase I started the car and didn’t realize how rough the idle was on a cold start. The car stalled and the check engine light came on. Deven the in store salesman texted me to see how I was liking the vehicle and I told him about the issues I was having and he told me he’d look into what they could do for me. I took it to a shop and they quoted me almost $1,500 in repairs so I forwarded that to the salesman and to no surprise I never heard back. I paid you guys $18,000+ for the car I shouldn’t be having all the issues Im having already. Like most dealerships they’re wolves in sheep clothing, super friendly during the purchase and complete strangers after the fact. Buyer beware…get a PPI before purchase. More

I have been bringing my 2016 Honda Pilot to this dealership for oil changes since I purchased it new. Around 30,000 miles, the transmission began to skip during acceleration. I mentioned it at the n dealership for oil changes since I purchased it new. Around 30,000 miles, the transmission began to skip during acceleration. I mentioned it at the next oil change, and was told it was normal for this vehicle. I asked again at nearly every oil change, as it kept getting worse. The service personnel reiterated that this was normal for this vehicle and nothing to worry about. I continued to have oil changes done and the regular maintenance needed according to the owners manual. The maintenance I had done with a trustworthy mechanic since the dealership kept recommending things ahead of time and they couldn't explain why when I pointed out that the owners manual had a different schedule. Today (Dec 2021), I took it in for a recall service, and I mentioned the transmission issue again. Now, suddenly, there is a fix for it that was apparently issued in 2017. It would have been covered under warranty then, and the first several times I mentioned the issue, but of course now it is not. Along with all of the extra maintenance that was recommended but can't be explained, the week-long or longer wait for an oil change appointment, this is the last straw. I do not believe the service department at this dealership can be trusted and I will not return. More
