Lance is a great person. He had promised me if my car was not ready by Friday 1:00pm, that he would send someone to take me to the place I had to be by 1:00. However, I understand that he was sick on Friday, and I think the message was not given to the proper person. Although I asked to to talk to Lance twice before 1:00 on Friday, no one told me he was sick. I was advised at 2:00 that my car was ready to be picked up. Also, Lance had mentioned that he might be able to give me a break on the price (having just spent $892.00 the previous week to replace the condenser that had a leak The price to replace the 2 fans was $746.00 I was expecting a break from that price as Lance had mentioned, but I had to fight tooth and nail to finally get $35.00 off once they finally were able to reach Lance More
