Honda Mechanic forgot to tighten the engine cover after a simple oil change, which inconvenienced me by the extra cost of fuel going back to Thomasville, GA and the time checking up on the missing part’s arr simple oil change, which inconvenienced me by the extra cost of fuel going back to Thomasville, GA and the time checking up on the missing part’s arrival. Service Dept Lance was absolutely awesome in making sure I had a $0 service invoice receipt while waiting for the part to come in. Whereas Alvin with the Service dept outright refused to give me a service invoice receipt and continually lied to me whenever I requested a status follow up for when the part came in. More
Overall good experience however I asked for a battery test and that was not done. Also dealership did not let me know about damage to the passenger side mirror that I found out later on after buying the test and that was not done.
