I was extremely disappointed. They did not do what they said they were going to do when I called and made the appointment. They said it would take only an hour at the most. And I would have taken the complimentary service to the the mall. But she told me it would be probably less than an hour. The most disappointing is my tires were not rotated and they were supposed to be rotated and my whole car check because I was going on a trip. More

All was good as always. My rating was based upon finding out they no longer carry nitrogen for tires.
