Lance Tompson was sick, and I understand that it was the reason the message was not given to the service department, that I needed my car before 1:00 pm. As it happened , I was told my car was ready to be reason the message was not given to the service department, that I needed my car before 1:00 pm. As it happened , I was told my car was ready to be picked up at 2:00 pm Then when I picked up my car, there was mo discount given, as Mr. Lance had mentioned that he would try to give me some discount. It took a while for Mr. Lance to answer the phone (I knew now by then, that he was sick) and he agreed to give me I believe a $35.00 discount. The previous week I spent $792.00 for a new condensor in my car, and the new amount due for the 2 fans was about $745.00 The gentleman in charge of the department was ready to give me a discount of $10.00 (I considered that almost an insult). Anyway, once that gentleman talked with Lance, they deducted about $35.00 off that bill. More
