I had a very unpleasant experience with Flowers today. Out of the 10+ years that I have dealt with them I have never been scheduled for an appointment that requires me to leave my job early just to be tol Out of the 10+ years that I have dealt with them I have never been scheduled for an appointment that requires me to leave my job early just to be told that the parts aren’t available, which was known prior to my appointment.. There is a recall on my 2018 Honda Pilot and I was instructed to bring it in today at 2:30pm and the parts are put on someone else’s vehicle as if mine doesn’t matter. I wasn’t offered a gas card, a discount on my next service or a rescheduled appointment, I was only told that I’ll get a call once the parts come in. Very unprofessional!! More

I would recommend Lance but not Honda dealership. My car is a lemon. From day one, which I am still paying for. The air conditioner is not working and went out almost immediately after I drove off My car is a lemon. From day one, which I am still paying for. The air conditioner is not working and went out almost immediately after I drove off the lot with the car. The engine light comes off and on and the delesrshil can’t tell me what the issue is. if I worked for the dealership, I would called Audi to get some clarification. I have had my car since July 2023 and it is disheartening that I do not feel comfortable to travel to far my Thomasville in a car that I still owe $28,000 on.
