We found and looked at the new one but no one came out to help us and we thought the guy that helped us the first time, Roberto, was outside with people but when he was done he just went inside the building. So we were on our way inside to try to get help when a man in a cowboy hat blocked us and in a very hostile nasty tone said, "You gonna actually buy something today or what?!" My husband said, "Excuse me?" Cowboy says, "All the guys inside said you been here 4 or 5 times, driving everything but never buy, so you gonna actually buy today or what?" My husband said, "Then the guys inside are full of s%*t and with that attitude no, we're leaving and never coming back for anything again." So I had already been getting my kids back to the car and saying we're leaving. We drove home and I still had Roberto's card he'd given us, so I called him. He said he had left work half an hour ago. I told him what happened with Cowboy and he said, "Wes really said that?" Then said he'd left an hour ago. So I think it was him in the lot, he saw us, went inside complaining and exaggerated with Rob who helped us the 2nd time we came and Wes being the good ol' boy, came to take care of it. He took care of it by running off a loyal family who bought their last car from them, used their service dept. and was probably going to buy again., so good job! I emailed the owner and just now when my husband tried to also email him to add what the service manager said when he called, the email didn't go through and the error code said owner could no longer receive anything from Gmail. Shady, nasty, gossiping, greedy liars work here. Glad we now know so we can save our hard earned money and no longer contribute to yet another Flower dealership cause they obviously no longer care about anything but your money. More

I have purchased several new truck and have had a great experience with sales department; unfortunately, the exact opposite with service dept. I stopped using service with my first new truck due to their experience with sales department; unfortunately, the exact opposite with service dept. I stopped using service with my first new truck due to their poor service. Recently, I was in Montrose and my check engine light came on. I thought I will stop by dealer have them quickly plug it in and see what I need to do to correct and also see if it was ok to drive since I had business in GJ. As usual the service department was a disappointment. The girl explained to me I needed to make appt for them to go out and plug into my truck to see the issue. I told her the engine light is on and it takes 15 seconds to read. She said no it takes much longer than that (it takes 15 seconds) I left their and stopped by dealership in GJ and check it out. In about 15 seconds it showed the problem. I left it there to be repaired. GJ Dodge dealership much more professional and customer service oriented. More
I took my truck in to get it reprogrammed as I took out a after market torque lock and exhaust brake and installed a new transmission. The service department replaced my brand new transmission with 0 miles on it to have the same issue with needing it reprogrammed I refused to pay for labor as it didn't need it done and was not the reason I brought my truck in (ended up paying there xxxxxxxx labor to get my truck back, ) I get a call saying my batteries were dead I told them it was on them as they tested them 3 months prior when my truck arrived and didn't charge them. They broke my driveline and also wanted me to pay for that I refused my truck sat at flower motor for almost 4 months all I wanted was it reprogrammed witch they eventually did because it was all it needed in the first place. I was out 8500 dollars for 4 months that's cost of transmission labor and truck payments while it sat on there lot all I brought it in for was reprogramming. After I picked up my truck the fuel pump went out a 1000$ AFE prossesional series guaranteed for the life of the vehicle went out the day I picked up my truck. After further inspection I believe they put sand in my fuel tank. I absolutely think this service department at flower motor (Matt and mark) are not trust worthy and will Sabatotage your vehicle to be vindictive. My truck got to flower motor March 15th I got it back June 7th. More
Bought a trick there have had nothing but problems with this truck and they will do nothing to help! Talked with the general manager and he never calls back! Let me preface that I'd rather have a root canal than go through the purchase process of a car. My husband found our truck from an online search, made contact with Maria Rubalcaba who became our saleswoman, offer reviewed and accepted with no hassle by Randy and after 10 minutes completing paperwork (we were cash buyers) we were off in the truck. We received a top-dollar trade in offer and a fair price for the new truck. Nothing could have been easier or more stress-free. The entire staff are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you to Flower Motors for such a pleasant experience. We highly recommend the dealership to anyone! More
We purchased a used truck from the used lot Montrose Auto connection in October 2020(which is under Flower Motor) 2 days later the transmission went out they had it for 30 days before we had it back. 2 days connection in October 2020(which is under Flower Motor) 2 days later the transmission went out they had it for 30 days before we had it back. 2 days later the NEW transmission went out they had it around 2 more weeks got it back. About a week later more transmission troubles. That was fixed had it about 3 weeks boom transmission went out again. A week and a half later we get it back that very same day boom 4 wheel drive gone. I have had no help from management and get comments like well it is used truck...that’s what you get for buying a used truck.. we spent $20,000 on this truck would expect to be able for it to at least been driven for longer than 3 weeks. We are now stuck with this xxx and Flowers won’t stand behind and offer any kind of resolution! Just be careful and make sure you know what you are buying and dealing with. We have learned our lesson and would not recommend them at all! More
