Untrustworthy dealer We were from out of town and had an issue with our car, they originally said they could fix quickly and then an hour later came back and said it would We were from out of town and had an issue with our car, they originally said they could fix quickly and then an hour later came back and said it would cost $1500 or more. We went to a local mechanic who fixed the issue for $300 and had excellent service. They also told us it could cost thousands and then asked they would take our car as a trade in as is because they knew the ix was less than they said. We have a lot of friends in Wilmington and will not recommend the dealership to anymore. More

Amazing customer service We went in to look for a new SUV after my car was totaled. We knew and openly shared we were not able to buy the car that day but wanted to run our numbers. They worked with us and helped us find the best way for the car to fit our budget. And when we were able to come back the next day to buy it neither of our sales men that had run the numbers or paperwork were there but they both made sure the car was ready for us and that all we needed was to present our down payment. The people who helped us that day were amazing and showed just how much they all work as a team. They knew the sale wasnt theirs but they still made us feel appreciated and went through things on the car one more time just to make sure we didnt have questions! More

Emergency In have had two " emergency " issues with my car and Flow has been Fantastic to deal with. My first was door to the gas cap that wouldn't open and I In have had two " emergency " issues with my car and Flow has been Fantastic to deal with. My first was door to the gas cap that wouldn't open and I needed gas desperately. It was a Saturday afternoon, I managed to get to the dealer 30 miles away where they had a loaner car waiting for me . My second issue was my battery wouldn't hold a charge, they took me as soon as I could get to the dealership. Again I was able to get a loaner car until they could fit my car into their already tight service schedule. Flow has shown to be a people caring dealership. I have been dealing with this dealership for almost ten years now. Very pleased with them. More
