My first time and it was just ok. My service advisor was just ok. He wasn't nice, but he was not rude. When my car was ready he was no where to be found. After waiting about 5 min, I went to the other advisor who got me checked out and got my car run through the car wash. While I was sitting waiting on my car to be serviced, I observed whom I think was the service manger offering great service to another customer. He offered him beverages and a loaner car. The service manager didn't even speak to me, let alone offer me the great service he offered the other gentleman customer. Overall, I probably will not be back after my next service, which I had already purchased. That was a disappointing experience after I had such a great experience at Paramount VW in Hickory, NC. More
