Start by not lying. Went in for free recall work, and they do their complimentary inspection, which is expected. I have never received service work there and my car is 100% current on everything. I was told I needed an air filter (among other items), but they didn't even open the airbox. If they did, they would have realized I have a washable KN filter inside the airbox. My airbox still had the very snug zip-tie I placed on the 4th screw, untouched. The cabin filter was also newer and they said I needed that. Its like they went down the xxxxxxxx list of usual items to make me spend money. The most honest person there is the valet and shuttle guy. More
