The service manager was nice to deal with; recommended they rotate tires, which I appreciated. He advised me it would take some time to do all they had to do. He called me on my cell phone when the car was ready. The girl at the payment window was very nice and offered to go around back and pick up the car and bring it to front. She also was very careful to make sure I signed the right place on papers. All and all, everything went great! More
