Incomparable Customer Service From the time I made contact with the regional Vice President to arrange an informational sit down visit with Ed Pate, General Manager of Flow Fayette From the time I made contact with the regional Vice President to arrange an informational sit down visit with Ed Pate, General Manager of Flow Fayetteville - through the signing in and customer registration process - then to the only experience I have had in my entire life with a new care salesperson (Joshua Meares) where it felt like I was being treated by Joshua as he would like were our positions reversed, I emerged with ever question answered in full detail, and together we decided that the 2016 Mazda Miata MX5 (fully loaded with every option included, in the new factory blue paint was my dream car. I am 79 years of age and consider this Miata to be my last as I will want to own and enjoy it for the rest of my days...and I come from genes that dictate life in the 90s and up. Joshua and I became instant friends and he listened to my boring old man stories and never winced. At age 25 this fine young man is serving our country in the reserves and has the demeanor of a man 15 years older. More

I checked online on Monday, I set up a time to visit the dealership. I thought we would have the usual root canal experience in car shopping and buying, but I was wrong. April Martin was our sales person. She was great! No high pressure tactics at all. She was very helpful and so was the manager as well. Even the Finance guy was low pressure. It was a pleasant experience buying our 2010 Mazda CX-9. We love it! More
Repair Service I have a brand new vehicle that has been performing in ways that a brand new vehicle shouldn't. I took my Mazda to the only Mazda dealership near Ft. I have a brand new vehicle that has been performing in ways that a brand new vehicle shouldn't. I took my Mazda to the only Mazda dealership near Ft. Bragg and waited two hours, plus got charged a service fee just to be told that they couldn't find any issues, and that the issue only occurred when turning a corner quickly. Obviously, that contradicts the "not finding any issues" statement, but this is what I was told. Also, I was called and told I'd receive a survey so that I could let them know how satisfied I was. When I told the person that I wasn't satisfied at all, said survey never came. I'll be driving to Raleigh to get my car serviced if possible. More
