I received a phone call to test drive a Honda Civic. I went and the person who called me was not there. Shawn O'connell came out. I did the test drive. I liked the car. He kept telling how much refund I would get and lower monthly payments. I was not told a word about upside down and the bank I ws getting my new car loan through does not do refinancing. I lost my job two months after getting the car. I have tried every means possible to get a lower monthly payment. I cannot afford my car. I lost my health insurance. I was told "sorry" we cannot help you. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Inform customers before all the paper- work is done. I was told oh, the information on being upside down is in your paperwork. Too LATE!!!! Also I was not told what I was loosing from my last car. Oh, you will have lower monthly payments. I am hurt and disappointed. Is business always done like this? I had to get a loan because of this. I had no choice. More
Watch out for their pricing! When I asked Scott and Lewis, their Sales Manager, to cut straight to their very best "Internet" price on a new Odyssey, they quoted $2000 above other dealers in VA. Disapp Lewis, their Sales Manager, to cut straight to their very best "Internet" price on a new Odyssey, they quoted $2000 above other dealers in VA. Disappointing, considering I was a past customer who had puchased two cars from them. Rather than waste my time dickering, I took my business over to Valley Honda in Staunton where they worked with me in straight-up way and we hammered out a GREAT deal ($4000 under MSRP). I won't be going back to Brown. More

Mike Shields and his Manager Lewis were very thorough and pleasant. Mike never made me feel as if the dozens of calls I made to him were bothersome.
