When I first walked in to Brown Honda, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be assisted. I have worked with Steve Young before and asked for him. He was very helpful in finding the right car for me. He was very kind and informative when we test drove the car that I was falling in love with. He was not afraid to spend quite a bit of time with me making sure that I understood all that I needed to know. The person who did the paperwork with me was friendly, kind and, because I was in a hurry, he worked very quickly. Despite all that he had to accomplish, I always felt he was trying to make the experience as wonderful (imagine saying THAT about the paperwork!) as possible! When I left with my new Honda, it was in a clean, shiny, car, full of gas! Thank you! Over all, I am SO impressed with the kindness and professionalism that I encountered with everyone that I dealt with. When I need to purchase another car, I will definitely go to Brown Honda first! Mr. Young who was a psychology teacher in his past life, was my salesman, he did some voodoo on me and next thing I knew, I was walking out with a new car. Joking aside, him, and others were extremely honest and trustworthy. I can read thru the salesman bull crap and he wasnt even going to or is about that. He is genuine and friendly. I won't post his age on here, but he gives off the grandpa feel. He understood my situation, trying to see the whole thing thru my eyes and made it a pleasant experience. Though only regret I have is, I was pushed for time otherwise, I would have enjoyed more discussions about the car and other things. More

Working with Jason Rosales in the finance department was also a very easy and pleasant experience. Jason was willing to use layman's terms in order to explain verbose documents (with very small text). Since my purchase Steve has followed up to make sure that I have been enjoying my vehicle. My visit to the dealership was to have my Honda Pilot serviced with oil and lube plus tire rotation. I checked in with the attendant and was off to the lounge to wait for my vehicle. Steve was very nice, informative and helpful in every possible regards and we would definitely like to do business with him again.He helped and guided us in all the steps of our purchase.
