Quick & Easy I came in to have my oil changed before going on a long trip. This was a last minute necessity and Umansky Honda was willing to work with me and get I came in to have my oil changed before going on a long trip. This was a last minute necessity and Umansky Honda was willing to work with me and get me in first thing this morning. I got there and was told it would take about an hour to complete the work. If they're this lame about helping an interested customer, think how horrible they'll be after they get your money. Was hoping they would work with me and it should be noted I was not asking for a freebie, but just some help because of the the short time I have had it. Someone named Pete became very rude and told me it felt like I was trying to extort him. Completely unprofessional and rude...I will never go back to Umansky again even if they offered a free vehicle. More
