I can’t rave enough about how your entire staff helped me this weekend. I was driving home from northern Va at about 5:15 pm on Friday afternoon when my “Check Transmission” light came on and my “D” (Drive) this weekend. I was driving home from northern Va at about 5:15 pm on Friday afternoon when my “Check Transmission” light came on and my “D” (Drive) light started flashing on my dash. I was a little panicked because I had one of my Labradors in her crate in my car. I called Umansky for advice and Valerie immediately spoke with Dave Naylor (Taylor?) who advised me not to drive it and get towed to the dealership. I was able to get to Umansky just before 7 pm, saw Dave, and left the car while my husband picked up both me and the dog. On Saturday morning, I spoke with Tina who said that that they would do their best to try to fix it that day, otherwise I wouldn’t get it back until Tuesday because of the holiday. Sure enough, at almost 4 pm she called to tell me that it was a bad sensor and it would be fixed before closing. I love almost 40 minutes away, in Orange, and got to the dealership just after 5 pm—Tina was fine waiting for me. You guys are the BEST and I am very grateful! Thanks. More

Kenny did an excellent job on my state inspection! It only took about 40 minutes from the time arrived, which was great and very efficient. Dave in Service did a very good job with me and Jackie Gits also. Jackie has always been very good to me. However while I was waiting for the shuttle sitting by the coffee 3-4 sales people walked by and Gits also. Jackie has always been very good to me. However while I was waiting for the shuttle sitting by the coffee 3-4 sales people walked by and did not say hi or acknowledge me in any way. Being friendly to guest who are sitting and waiting are just as important as someone buying a car. They looked at me and made me feel like I was nobody. I bought my first Honda from Brown. That particular salesman walked by twice and didn't speak. I give Service 5 stars but with the way the Sales people acted I dropped it down to a 4. Also 2 people did come to me while standing by the reception area and ask if they could help. My car was ready before I was told. More
