Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Since I had an appointment, I was served quickly so that the work could get done. The service dept always does a very thorough job on our cars and they are great about getting our cars done quickly too. The only problem is that they have cut the staff size of service dept so severely cars and they are great about getting our cars done quickly too. The only problem is that they have cut the staff size of service dept so severely that the couple of people working are being run ragged and it's very difficult to get anyone on the phone. BUt the staff that are there do a great job but it's not fair to them to have just a couple of people on duty each day and yet have all teh same expectations on them.
