I would advise anyone dealing with the business side of Umansky to read their sales contract very, very carefully. I purchased a used vehicle for my wife in June of 2020. We were happy with the vehicle an Umansky to read their sales contract very, very carefully. I purchased a used vehicle for my wife in June of 2020. We were happy with the vehicle and it was everything it advertised. The sales staff was attentive, thorough and professional. It was a helpful and non pressured negotiation. The last step, of course was dealing with the financing. Shame on me for not picking up an exorbitant service contract that was included in the sales contract and shame on them for not identifying the additional cost during the negotiation. After sitting around the sales floor for several hours we were both anxious to leave and failed to closely read the contract. The next time I deal with Umansky I'll have my lawyer review the contract. Be careful, be very careful. More
