Two days were wasted thanks to Umansky Honda. In their rudeness and lack of basic training in customer service, they vowed never to do business with the company again. I booked Umansky online for a tire change and left it two days ago, but only two hours later I said I had no tires in stock and asked him to come back the next day. The next day I went back to Umansky Honda and left the car, and three hours later, the news I received was as follows. Now the wrong tire came and I had to wait for another day. I was so angry that I told the staff that I wanted to talk to the manager. I got a call from the manager. But they're just going to give me a rental car for the day they wait without considering my two-day-long wasted time. The problem is that they wasted my precious time and caused inconvenience to customers because they couldn't handle things properly, only to hear the absurd response that they didn't do it on purpose. To be able to operate with just this level of service is to look down on customers and will be of no help to customers using this company. More

I had an outstanding experience with Michael Barbour in the sales department when buying my used car! He was willing to come in on his day off for my second look at the cars and was a no pressure salesman the sales department when buying my used car! He also arranged to have some touch up paint done for me and had everything ready for me as promised. Highly recommend both him and this dealership. More
Coming from out of town, I appreciated the ability to get and an appointment when I wanted it. On arrival, I found that I could wait in an almost empty waiting room with one other person. After a reasonable time period Frank came in to advise me that the Service was almost complete and only my air filter needed replacement. He returned a short time later to inform me my car was ready. Before leaving Frank did advise of a possible future problem with my tires. (I liked the heads up) More
