Steve, our sales rep was very knowledgeable, and made the process as smooth as possible. He even had me come back for a follow up to ensure that I was aware of all the special features our CRV has, so that process as smooth as possible. Looking for a Honda Ridgeline— hard to find, which is why we expanded our search outside of NC where we live. Found a few online, inquired about them, asked a few questions. Don’t have a Ridgeline, but have something you will like better”.
