He immediatel When my wife, Nancy, daughter, Michelle and I came to the Flow Honda on Saturday, May 30, 2015, we were warmly greeted by Rick Ferebee. He immediately connected with all of us and learned our names immediately, not always easy. He asked what we were looking for and we told him we were interested in your Honda Fit hatchback. He showed us one, explained the important and unique features of the car and did it in a manner that put us at ease. We had been to other dealerships, but he was very good at making us feel like we were picking the best. He also brought us bottles of water, as it was pretty warm outside. Rick was so knowledgeable about the car, and then he let Michelle test drive one of the Fits. He didn't make her nervous at all. She fell in love with the Fit. We then told him we wanted to go eat lunch and decide. He gave Nancy a brochure on the Fit plus a business card, which was really cool with the baby on front with sunglasses and business cards in hand. We then looked at a couple of other dealerships, had lunch, went home, thought about it and then called Rick back at about 5:00. He was willing to work late to make the sale and made that part of the experience very easy. After the sale, he helped Michelle load out her phone to the bluetooth, showed her other basic features and then we drove Michelle's new car home. Michelle is sooo happy. Thanks so much to Rick, his manager and finance person for helping us get the best deal on a wonderful car Michelle will enjoy for years to come. We really appreciate it. Also, just so you know, Michelle is fighting brain cancer right now, so this really lifted her spirits. More
Unfair Practice I applied for a preowned vehicle online. I previously saw the vehicle over the weekend and decided that I would purchase it the following Monday. So on Tuesday I received a call from Flow in reference to my application. We discussed the details of the process and the details of the vehicle. So I felt pretty confident that I would be able to pick up the vehicle sometime in the week. Later that evening I received a call saying that the vehicle had been sold. Basically they sold the vehicle right out from under me. Didn't ask if I were even interested in another vehicle. Just to bad to sad approach. I was doing business by phone since I'm two hours away. Apparently customers who are not in the immediate area matter. I do not recommend this dealer. More

Most salesmen are very pushy and don’t listen to your needs or concerns, but Jack Long listened and found me the right vehicle and the price was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Flow Honda to all of my friends. Jack Long is the reason I purchased my car. I live in Greensboro and driving to Winston Salem was worth every penny. More

OOSB Beware! I am rating based on the sales service I've received. I called this dealership about a vehicle I am interested, mind you I am from out of state, so fo I am rating based on the sales service I've received. I called this dealership about a vehicle I am interested, mind you I am from out of state, so for people that buy car from them locally it might be fine. Anyways, I called as soon as the dealership opened. Natalie the salesperson sounded nice over the phone, but never followed up. Never returned my call or answered any of my questions, all I got was a credit application for me to complete through them. For those people that don't know, once you submit a credit app with a dealership they have the right to do a "hard inquiry" on your credit, and that takes points on your overall FICO score, the safer way is to get pre-approved from your bank if possible, since you never know if you can make a deal. I know this, because I got hit several times before, since I don't know any better. So, why would a person send a credit application if they don't even know if the vehicle is available or his/her questions are met by a dealership. I have reached out to the GM of the dealership about my experience and to this day not receive any response either. Not only they lose my business, but I am here to let out of state buyers know the experience I received. More
