Super Professional Salespeople I must say that without doubt, that Flow Honda of Winston Salem, is by far one of the best dealerships that I’ve dealt with in a long time. I notic I must say that without doubt, that Flow Honda of Winston Salem, is by far one of the best dealerships that I’ve dealt with in a long time. I noticed a VW Golf Sportswagen, sitting on the lot one day when I passed by the dealership. I noticed that it was the exact color, and appeared to be a late model vehicle like I had been looking for. I called the dealership, and was placed in touch with a sales lady by the name of Amy Routh. She was very pleasant to talk to on the phone, and she seemed to be very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Amy took her time with me, explaining the options on the vehicle. I was able to schedule an appointment with her at my convenience, to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived, I found that she was very professional, and she made me feel welcome. Amy took her time, explaining the vehicle, and then introduced me to all of her managers. I found that each manager was a delight to deal with, and seemed eager to assist me in getting the car. I would highly recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends, and suggest they deal with Amy Routh. I will be making sure to visit this dealership in the future for all of my vehicle needs. More

Billy Hollows (The Sales GM) is Exceptional! I went back to the Honda showroom after a year of buying my car. The car had a small scratch that I wanted to fix. Billy was so kind and readily asked I went back to the Honda showroom after a year of buying my car. The car had a small scratch that I wanted to fix. Billy was so kind and readily asked his guy to fix it with no extra cost. It took about 10 minutes to fix it but another car service asked $200 to fix the same thing. Billy is amazing and he bends backwards to make a customer (new or old) happy. It is so rare to find a business and a manager who are honest and not try to squeeze every penny out of the customer. -Naveen More

For the first time in my almost 30 years of buying new cars, I walked out of this dealership overwhelmed with joy and true satisfaction, that I had received a great deal on a BRAND NEW 2017 HONDA ACCORD. Brian and Angelo understand business, they are not looking for a one-time commission on a sale, their intent is to cultivate a long-term relationship with their customers, so that we become repeat buyers--- and they understand how to do this. Never Again We chose Flow out of 5 dealerships, based on our first time visits to each. Our second visit to Flow was also cordial. After purchasing a 2107 Ridgeli We chose Flow out of 5 dealerships, based on our first time visits to each. Our second visit to Flow was also cordial. After purchasing a 2107 Ridgeline, quality service vanished. We purchased out of state so we had several questions concerning title and tags. During the course of a week, my first 2 phone calls were not returned. On the 3rd call, both the receptionist and title clerk were unprofessional and the followup call was not returned. My 4th call (to the dealership manager) was not returned. By this time I had run out of patience. I called yet again and asked to speak to someone who could answer my questions. After being put on hold and told it would be looked into, I asked to speak to the manager in charge. Finally, I had someone to answer my questions. She apologized for the unprofessional behavior and would see to it personally that the tags and title problems would be taken care of. Even though the problem was resolved, the treatment by some employees was unacceptable. I will never purchase from Flow and I will not recommend them to family and friends. More
