I saw a vehicle on the site Friday 8/20/21. I called, and sent messages through the site. Dylan told me I could see the vehicle the next day. I drove from Charlotte NC and was at the dealership at 9:30am They took 20 mins to tell me the car was in the shop. It was not even drivable. They asked me to purchase the car without driving it. I asked when it would be drivable they said they did not know. I spoke with Michael Fam because I was highly disappointed. There was no empathy or even offer to make it right on the price for my drive and time. I left the lot after the associates could not find the key nor answer questions about the truck. Went across the street and bought the truck from Flow BMW with no problems. Same company...night and day in sales experience. I have purchased vehicles before from Flow and if were based on Flow Honda I never would again. Beware! More
Late this afternoon, my neighbors texted me to say they thought the brake lights on my Honda Civic were somehow on. I went to check, and sure enough--so I called Flow Honda on Peters Creek Parkway in W-S thought the brake lights on my Honda Civic were somehow on. I went to check, and sure enough--so I called Flow Honda on Peters Creek Parkway in W-S to see if they could take me today. Although it was late, I was able to get the car to them, (after the brake lights eventually killed my battery and I had to jump it to get it to them). I drove right up--no problem--and Brad took my information. I sat around waiting, not sure if they had the part or not, and about 40 minutes after I drove it in, I was driving out. I wish the people where I work had the work ethic--the crispness and professionalism of Brad and Adam at Flow Honda, Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC! 12 STARS, MAN. More

I didn't get the Mazda I wanted because they wouldn't allow me to trade in for a Mazda but "pushed" me for a brand new Honda Civic, in which I had to say no TWICE because I am not a Honda fan (no offense to Honda lovers). However, if I said NO once.. that means NO. If I have to say NO more than once... it's the end of the road. No deal. I was unfazed but felt a little disrespected by that.... That was the sole reason for three stars. However, I am thankful they had a young woman named Cat that helped interpret with all the best she could that made things smoothly. She was a really nice person and I was impressed. Overall, the people there is really friendly. If you guys are looking for brand new Hondas, I RECOMMEND them. If you are looking for vehicles other than Honda... Just hope they're willing to work with you... especially the banks as they're the ones making decisions (stupid, I know.) Just disappointed the deal didn't go through, but if I am a huge fan of Hondas, Flow Honda WILL be the only one location I will buy Hondas from. Otherwise.... More
This is perhaps the first truly negative review I’ve written on Google, and Flow Honda Peters Creek has earned it. (They’d get 0 stars if it were an actual option.) My mother of 76 years - a mere sha written on Google, and Flow Honda Peters Creek has earned it. (They’d get 0 stars if it were an actual option.) My mother of 76 years - a mere shadow of the light she once was - went into Flow Honda Peters Creek for an oil-change in November 2020. Meanwhile, she was approached by two associates and they talked her into leasing a new car. First of all, there was absolutely nothing wrong with her vehicle to begin with. In fact... A key to the story is she had driven onto the lot with her shiny blue 2015 Honda CR-V with low miles. They offered her a poor trade-in exchange (thousands less than Kelly Blue Book) for a new car that she’d lease for 36 months, with an option to own by dropping a mere $19K+ payout at that time (thousands of payment dollars later and thousands lost as a trade-in). My mother expressed how confusing the whole process was, and how she "felt pressured.” When I ask details about the lease, she still expresses clear confusion, which Flow Honda would have clearly been able to observe. After spending a few hours there, and having sat with several different departments (thereby laying smokescreen that makes it difficult to implicate responsibility on any one person), my mother left the parking lot leasing a car. Instead of owning the car, as my family has always done, she was cajoled into a less savory option. AND they got her 2015 CR-V in exchange, which they then sold a few weeks later at a wonderful mark-up. I sure hope no one has bragged on Flow Honda's lot about this “customer steal”. Many conversations with management and “apologies” later, there’s still no satisfactory option for my mother. My advice: keep your wits about you and, please, don’t go to Flow Honda if you’re not in the best mental state. Shame on them! More

And, I would like to thank salesman Michael for obtaining the Accord with This is my Second Honda that I purchased from Flow Honda of Winston Salem. And, I would like to thank salesman Michael for obtaining the Accord with the Color and Specs that I wanted, sales Manager Steve for providing me the best offer any where around, and very helpful Finance Manager Blaine that made it all happen. The personnel at Flow Honda was spectacular, and I am glad I did the drive from Raleigh once more to get this 2020 Honda! My First Honda purchase from Flow Honda was a great experience, and this Second Honda purchase was even better. My Third, Fourth, etc...Honda purchases will all be from Flow Honda of Winston Salem. More
