This is my 3rd CRV and Korban Faircloth made it a quick and easy process. This time I wanted a hybrid. Korban met with me and helped me narrow down my choice. My rating is based on current conditions, which are terrible if you want to see and test drive a new car (especially a car in very short supply, as is the new civic si). We have previously purchased three cars from Flow Honda, with great experiences. However, that was many years ago, and our longtime salesperson has since retired. No dealer in our area has any car available that is not sold before arriving, so as said, a bad time! More
All cars have useless add on's that they will not negotiate or remove. They seem like nice people and offer the car at MSRP BUT they also have 2 " Packages " that are added to each car and they will negotiate or remove. They seem like nice people and offer the car at MSRP BUT they also have 2 " Packages " that are added to each car and they will not sell a car without them. Adds over 2 K to the price of the car. In a time where you are already paying a premium for a new car I find this intolerable. I will remember this in the future as well when its time to buy again More
We currently own three Honda"s, and have owned several more over the years. Flow Honda service, and sales, of Winston-Salem both have been equally disappointing for my wife and I. Have never wrote a review for this business, but after our last adventure felt it necessary to warn/alert the public about this place. We received a letter from Honda Corp. a while back telling us that our 2018 Honda CR-V had a "warranty extension" because of issues some of the 2017-18 models were having, but no need to bring in unless experiencing problems related. They were extending the power train warranty, & emissions warranty, to cover any issues that may arise from it. Well, we started experiencing problems so we called Flow and took it to the service department. After looking at our warranty extension letter, Flow Honda Service of Winston-Salem, told us our vehicle was not part of the extension and wanted $2127.86 to fix the problem along with other issues that supposedly needed to be taken care of. Being we have had bad experience with this place in the past we declined and went to another garage, that we trust, for a second opinion. The trusted garage found that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle except simply re-setting the computer. After driving the vehicle for a few days, with no problems, decided we would call Honda Corp to verify whether our CR-V was actually part of the warranty extension or not. WELL, what do you know, they said our vehicle WAS in fact part of the extension!!! After Corporate hearing about our infuriating event at Flow Honda Service of Winston they encouraged us to file a complaint with them, and use a different service dept., if possible. This type of lying (aka gouging), with the sheer volume of un-expecting customers that think dealerships are taking care of them, equals huge amounts of $$$. SO BEWARE, You've been warned! More

I recently purchased a Honda CRV and received great customer service from everyone here at Flow. I drove from Greensboro and can’t say enough about how hard they worked for me during the sale. I saw a vehicle on the site Friday 8/20/21. I called, and sent messages through the site. Dylan told me I could see the vehicle the next day. I drove from Charlotte NC and was at the dealership at 9:30am The sent messages through the site. Dylan told me I could see the vehicle the next day. I drove from Charlotte NC and was at the dealership at 9:30am They took 20 mins to tell me the car was in the shop. It was not even drivable. They asked me to purchase the car without driving it. I asked when it would be drivable they said they did not know. I spoke with Michael Fam because I was highly disappointed. There was no empathy or even offer to make it right on the price for my drive and time. I left the lot after the associates could not find the key nor answer questions about the truck. Went across the street and bought the truck from Flow BMW with no problems. Same company...night and day in sales experience. I have purchased vehicles before from Flow and if were based on Flow Honda I never would again. Beware! More
