Mr. Ralston, I just wanted to mention to you your salesperson, Christopher Silva did a great job with his help on selling me this vehicle. He has gone out of his way to continue to help me with quest salesperson, Christopher Silva did a great job with his help on selling me this vehicle. He has gone out of his way to continue to help me with questions or concerns with the vehicle. I was very impressed. He wasn't pushy just gave me the answers I needed if he didn't have the answer he would check it out & get back to me in a timely manner. The Honda products just about sell themselve & we have had mostly positive results from Flow Honda but you definitely have an asset with this salesperson on staff. Very professional & great attitude with the dealings I have had with him. Becky Jones More
We had looked at this car when the dealership was closed. We decided we wanted to test drive it. Russell met us there in the parking and lot we took the test drive, came back traded our minivan, got our car We decided we wanted to test drive it. Russell met us there in the parking and lot we took the test drive, came back traded our minivan, got our car and it all went very smooth. We liked how each part of the process was made so simple. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Our salesman was able to keep conversation going while we waited for credit checks and trade values and that made the time fly by. More
JD Powers never asked me 1 thing about this Honda experience, neither has American Honda! I have been price-gouged with unnecessary repairs @ outrageous prices made @inspections. My Honda is still un experience, neither has American Honda! I have been price-gouged with unnecessary repairs @ outrageous prices made @inspections. My Honda is still under warranty, but these people dream up repairs, example $89 windshield wipers! The windshield wipers were still new as is the rest of the car. I returned to the dealership and the finance director refused to re-finance. Isn't Flow a monopoly? All of this adds insult to injury as I am disabled female living on a small fixed income. I can't wait to get rid of it and buy American. I'll never make this mistake again! More
Recently bought a Honda Fit and Honda Accord, our third and fourth new car from Flow. It was like dealing with family. They were super nice and worked hard to help us make our decisions. We bought the F and fourth new car from Flow. It was like dealing with family. They were super nice and worked hard to help us make our decisions. We bought the Fit right away but they worked hard to find the right Accord. I'm sorry I don't remember the salesmens last names but everyone was great! More
My experience was good until a few months later and I discovered all sorts of problems with the vehicle. I feel they disclosed only enough information to sell the car and I should have been wary when th discovered all sorts of problems with the vehicle. I feel they disclosed only enough information to sell the car and I should have been wary when they had me sign a binding arbitration agreement. I trusted that since I bought the car from a dealership they would have sorted out any problems before I drove the car off but I've had to spend several hundred dollars to fix a few minor problems that weren't disclosed and am now debating on whether to spend another $1,000 to get the car in inspection order. I would recommend that if you're going to buy used from them that you take it to a mechanic and have it assessed, it would have saved me a lot of money and hardship. More
Had a great experience with our purchase. Used the cash for clunkers program and traded in out 1987 Firebird and got a brand new Honda Fit Sport. Cary Matthews was our sales person and she is all about no for clunkers program and traded in out 1987 Firebird and got a brand new Honda Fit Sport. Cary Matthews was our sales person and she is all about no pressure and let us look on our own and make up our minds on our own. How great is that. She just did the filling out of all the paperwork and we signed on the dotted line. I would Recommend this dealership and ask for Cary Matthews. You will not be disappointed!! More
I have never been a fan of salespersons, especially the car salesperson, but my experience with Flow Honda has forever changed my mind. From the GM (Greg) to the managers (Joe and Mike), to the salesperson car salesperson, but my experience with Flow Honda has forever changed my mind. From the GM (Greg) to the managers (Joe and Mike), to the salesperson, they are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they have a can do attitude that always makes it possible to do business with them by getting the right price with the deal-making value adds. Add to that a great service shop, I am forever sold on Flow Honda. More
I had the worst experience at Flow Honda. The sales and the manager (esp. the manager) were extremely evasive at my questions (service, quality, warranty) etc. -- they even pretended they did not know what the manager (esp. the manager) were extremely evasive at my questions (service, quality, warranty) etc. -- they even pretended they did not know what 150 point check is! Desperately in need of a car, I eneded up buying a pricy lemon from their place, and spend lots of money to repair it. But the story did not end here...one year later, I planned to upgrade my car and trade in the old one. They gave me the most horrible trade-in price -- one thousand less than the other dealership offed me. Despite the fact that they promised to buy back my car at market price. We all work really hard for our money, and we do not like to be taken to the dry cleaner's when it comes to buy a car. I have never even loathed anyone, but now......Flow Honda just lost another customer. So here are the last words from Flow Honda victim: STAY AWAY!!! But if you feel like to have a robbery to your bank account with the worst experience, be my guest. More
Drove down from Alexandria Va to sell a car and just stopped by this dealer to show my Uncle the car we were planning to buy at home; however, once we started talking to the salesperson, we made a low b stopped by this dealer to show my Uncle the car we were planning to buy at home; however, once we started talking to the salesperson, we made a low ball offer and after about 3 mintues of back and forth, we agreed on a price. We were in and out of the finance office in about 10 or 15 minutes. Everyone was nice - we were worried about the tranfer of the tags since we were out of state, but they did everything - even called our insurance company.

Inventory was great - we wanted a 2005 Accord EX V6 - Black and they had one - with just 3 miles on it. This is my 10th or 11th new car purchase and this was, by far, the best experiance I've had with a car purchase. More
