When it came time to strike a deal, she was professional, courteous and caring and it only took a few moments for us to come to a fair agreement for me to trade my car and purchase the new one. While waiting for the car to be prepped for me to take possession, Genell sat and talked with me to keep me company and learn more about me as a person. When I took possession of the new car, she spent 20 minutes or more inside the car instructing me on all the amazing features. I left Flow Honda in my new Civic feeling like I had been treated with respect and honesty.
