I spent $100 to hire a locksmith and change the locks on the door so I could actually get to the pets. HORRIBLE mistake due to carelessness. More
THE BEST After going to over a dozen dealerships within 50 miles of my home in Lexington NC, I found a couple of cars I liked at Flow Honda. Had I not been to After going to over a dozen dealerships within 50 miles of my home in Lexington NC, I found a couple of cars I liked at Flow Honda. Had I not been to the other dealerships and dealt with their salesman and financing departments, I may not have understood just how great these guys treated people. From the moment I stepped on the lot, the salesman was very helpful, but not pushy. He simply asked what I was looking for and what price range I was looking in, and went to print out a list a cars that he thought I might be interested in within my price range. He was informative, even willing to tell me one car I looked at had been damaged at one point. Who does that? When I found the car I liked, we took it for a test drive. Instead of sitting there like knot on a log, or texting on his phone he made it point to show me all the options on the car and to point out what the car could do. He gave me an unbiased opinion on the car and was very honest. When we got back to the lot and I explained that I was planning to look at some other cars on some other lots, he didn't try to corral me into the building or try to pressure me into making a deal right at that moment. He got my number and said he would get back with me later to find out how my search was going and wished me a good day and good luck and that he hoped to see me back. Later in the evening he did call, and remembered where I said I was going to look at other cars. In going back to the dealership the next day, he was busy selling someone else a car so he got me with a another salesman and it was more of the same. Great down to earth guy who didn't try to pressure me into anything. When we sat down and I explained what I wanted to put down on the car and what I wanted the payments to be, he actually listened. The finance department went to work and put the deal I wanted in front of me first, rather than trying to screw me over on the payments or the APR by putting a number of bogus deals in front me and trying to pressure me to take them. They hooked me up. And the finance manager went in detail to explain everything on the contract so I would know where every dollar was going and what I was signing up for. Finally, they cleaned up the car and filled it up with gas. My experience from beginning to end was great; it was what buying a car should be like. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, they are the best. Oh, and by the way, did I mention that I LOVE my honda accord ex-l v6? Awesome car, awesome dealer. Unless your related to someone who sells cars, it doesn't get any better than this! More

Great Customer Service I'd like to compliment Flow Honda employee, Daniel Dodge, Sales Manager, at Flow Honda in Winston-Salem, NC for the excellent service he provided me I'd like to compliment Flow Honda employee, Daniel Dodge, Sales Manager, at Flow Honda in Winston-Salem, NC for the excellent service he provided me last week. Mr. Dodge helped me in a situation that was well beyond customer service. I am a proud 2008 Honda Odyssey owner. My family and I were traveling from our home in the Washington, DC area to Western North Carolina for my 3 kids spring break. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were driving west on I-40 when suddenly a tire from an 18-wheeler hit our car. The wheel broke through the window, messed up the hood, dash, wipers, and side mirror. Luckily no one was hurt but the car was not drivable. Our car was towed to the closest Honda dealership for repairs. By the time we had arrived at Flow Honda in Winston-Salem, NC it was after 4 p.m. in the afternoon and because it was Saturday the service center was closed. To make matters worse, I could not find a rental car company open in the area. The one company that was open couldn't get me a car until Tuesday the following week. We were in a desperate situation because we were still over three hours to our destination. We had no vehicle, and were stranded. This is the point where we met Mr. Dodge and your Flow Honda Team. I have always been pleased with the service I receive from a certified Honda dealer. However, Mr. Dodge and the Flow Honda team's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Mr. Dodge helped us through the process of getting our car fixed. He also assisted with locating a car for us to continue on our trip. Flow Honda worked with our insurance company to repair the vehicle within a week. That's right, our repairs were completed within the week. We picked up our newly repaired Honda one week after the accident. All repairs looked amazing. The car looked as though nothing had happen. They even vacuumed the inside of the van. I was presently surprised how easy the process was. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I don't say this lightly, but flow employees did this act of kindness naturally. In my eyes it was an act of kindness, but to Mr. Dodge, I believe he was just doing his job. I am no one special; in fact I was just passing though. But Mr. Dodge and Flow Honda treated us like we had bought every car that we had ever owned directly from him. He had nothing to gain by assisting us in a desperate situation yet he did assist with a smile. With leadership like Mr. Dodge in your organization, Honda will always be successful. More
