Thank You For your response, Yes I would like to resolve this matter, but I would like it to be a full trust in my commitment to see any purchase a success , I am still a loyal customer, but , all I asked was to trade this vehicle for another vehicle in the same category, preferably Blue, Mainly because this vehicle wasn’t my desired choice, the vehicles at the time was limited because of the shortage at the time , at the dealership , and the dealership didn’t have to many vehicles on the lot , they had to be ordered in at it took a while for it to arrived , I wanted a Blue CRV , but I settled for this one because of the wait , enen though it was involved in a side swipe, not due to my actions, it had a few flaws , Wheel bearing issue, not due to the accident, and my tire feathering at 7,000 miles before the incident with this vehicle, I just prefer a deal that is a Good Reasonable trade agreement that could benefit both the Company and Myself, I do not want it to be a challenge to me just a opportunity to purchase a vehicle of my choice with the vehicle that I possessed.

Flow Honda of Winston-Salem, never will I an my wife have our vehicle serviced by Flow Honda again ,you guys are a rip off, its all about the mighty dollar., lied to us ,damaged our Honda and would never admit you made a mistake,,I hope every bad review I write cost you money.
