We had a terrific vehicle-purchasing experience that culminated in our driving away with a 2014 Grand Cherokee 4WD that more than exceeds our expectations. Robin Smith was very helpful with model comparisons and test drives, worked within our budget, found the vehicle the right vehicle for us (had to have QuadraTrac II 4WD) and the entire Brown Sales & Service team went above and beyond to have the tow hitch and wiring harness installed within a day after we initially took possession. The vehicle comes with oil changes and state inspections for as long as we own it, which is a nice extra touch. Everyone was pleasant, professional and absolutely-committed to ensuring we were 100% satisfied. More

Being unfamiliar with the area, we asked Mike to come with us on the test drive so we could drive a specific type of road that would resemble my wifes daily commute. we were pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle we chose and his NOTpushy attitude. He and the rest of the group made our experiance a very good one. due to all of this my wife and I have chosen to use this dealership for service, rather than our local one(Brown is about 30 or so miles from home). We have not experianced the service dept. yet, but I would expect the same level of profesionalism. I own a Chrysler 200, and my wife now owns a 2013 Dodge Journey... So, now the journey begins. oh yea.. on top of all that we really feel like we got a good deal. More

Appointment for gratis state inspection went withoput a hitch, from booking the appt to the end of the inspection. They are very nice to deal with. (purrchased car there, so state inspections are free as hitch, from booking the appt to the end of the inspection. They are very nice to deal with. I didn't have an appointment but needed spare keys for my Jeep. The cashier asked if I could wait while she located the person who programmed the keys. Within a a few seconds (literally) Josette appeared, checked the schedule, programmed my keys and I was on my way within 15 minutes. During the brief waiting time I was seated in a comfortable lounge area with coffee, magazines and the History channel on a flat screen tv. I plan to return soon to have my vehicle detailed. I am rating my experience with a five because even though I didn't spend a lot of money, I was treated like I did! More
Have used this service and parts for a little over a year since I moved to Charlottesville. I love it. I always get A+ service and friendly staff willing to answer any oddball questions I have. When I come in for regular service on my Wrangler, I usually also have some sort of extra task that I either was unable to do on my own or didn't have the tools for and they always help me free of charge as long as I bring the part in with me. I never went to dealers for service before because of the price, but this one earned my loyalty. More
Took our Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation everyone in the service department was great....very friendly and helpful. These guys were great. Since this was my first Jeep, I took a while with research and whatnot and these guys were helpful the whole way through even though I hadn't spent a dime with them at that point. There was also no trying to upsell on anything either... in fact, Shawn was super helpful in making sure I didn't spend money on features that I wouldn't need for how I was going to use it. Overall, this was the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. No pressure from these guys, no trying to upsell, and super helpful throughout the whole thing. Oh, and Shawn even took the time to detail the car himself so I didn't have to wait while the guys that normally do it were on lunch. Good stuff. It's those types of little things will make me a repeat customer. More
I went here because my rear lift gate latch on my 2007 keep grand Cherokee was broken and causing the truck to think that the lift gate was open and triggering the alarm. These guys, after telling me that it was definitely the latch and not the sensor, tried to charge me 300 bucks to fix this. After "fixing" it, the work lasted for about a year and then the problem came back, and this time the rear latch wouldn't respond to the key fob. When I took it back a year later, they tried to charge me another 300 bucks to fix the same problem. It was only after I went around the front desk to management, was I able to obtain a lower price (though I was previously told that wouldn't be possible). Of course not even 2 months later after their second "fix" the problem returned and they once again didn't even seem to care enough to make an effort to see me. I would NEVER GO HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING More
